Hello, my name is Nick, and I've never tried my hand at writing for other people, so forgive me if this sounds rather rigid. I have a happy life as a student right now, and live at home with my parents and two younger siblings. My interests include learning new things about cars, listening to whatever music I stumble upon, and spending time with family and friends whenever I can.
My friendly and pleasant nature often clashes with the fact that I am quiet and reserved at first. My close circle of friends can attest to the fact that, once I get to know people, I can loosen up and be more outgoing.
In high school, I was told that exceeding in football or other sports was something I definitely could have done, but choosing to concentrate more on clubs and artistic pursuits was what I ended up going with. I was editor for the school paper, helped produce the yearbook, and was able to make some mean creations in pottery class.
So now what I am trying to do at GCC is get my prerequisites in order for a four year degree in one of a few possible fields. So far many things sound good, I just haven't made my mind up.
